Kalamansi House is a large 9 bedroom luxury villa perched on a hilltop behind Diniwid Beach, Boracay Island, Philippines. It has far reaching views of Boracay, the island of Panay, the ocean and beyond. The house is for private rental, offering over 700 square meters of entertaining space on the ground floor alone, including a 18mts infinity pool. The idea is for big groups of people to have the opportunity to be together in total privacy without worrying about their children annoying other guests or being annoyed by other people's unruly kids. It's ideal for family reunions, a company offsite or just groups of friends getting together.  

The house has 5 full time staff who will do everything they can to make your stay a pleasurable one. They will help with buying groceries and cook for you as well as keeping the house clean and tidy. They keep the fridges stocked with basic beers and wines with only a small margin added. They will help you organize various excursions and island activities often achieving better rates than if you went direct or through a fixer.    

As well as a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens the house also has a outside cooking area with BBQ smoker and pizza oven. Also, there's a pool table on the top floor for sunset billiards.

To get around the house has it own 18 seat van with full time driver who is at your disposal 24/7.
